You don't have much senior guidance.

A few things that sadly need to be said: - Salaries haven't been paid for over 8+ months and yet incredibly as it may seem they expected people to show up to work and reprimand if they didn't. However, a minority (management included) in the company didn't seem to be affected by salaries situation for some unknown reason. Promises of paying (partial!) salaries were repeatedly broken. They treated people throughout this whole process as if nothing was going on and even went on and made ridiculous comparisons of the company's business model with companies like Google. - Even when the company was technically bankrupt, their growth predictions for the following years were absolutely ridiculous high in a attempt to either keep people around despite the unbearable environment or simply revealing a complete delusional vision of the state of the company. - There was no sense of direction, management never seem to knew what they wanted. In the last few months the company is going through a "recovery plan" and judging by all the media news and their complete lack of feedback to their former employees of the on-going recovery process I can only assume that they have no plans of paying their debts which comes at no surprise after everything that has happened. - The portrait of the company to the outside world couldn't be further from the truth: recently management claimed there would not be firing anyone despite the recovery plan... as if there was anyone left in the company to fire apart from themselves (management). There are no active projects, products or any sort of revenue (Portugal), the result of the utter management incompetence despite several (serious!) warnings in recent past that were simply ignored.
