Pros
The team is small and close knit, Any opportunity you wish for will be give to you. Can be a part of any/and all parts of the operations. From client handling, to campaign executions to tracking implementations to much more. The learning here was a great platform to grow.
Cons
The management micro manages at times and sometimes offloads their pressure on us. They do not push back the clients and at times agree to timelines which put too much pressure on the employees beyond even the office hours
