Getting experience in ride-hailing in the biggest company in the market; free parking (at least in the office before the relocation to the new tower in the City), easier to switch to this industry as the company is used to candidates outside of ride-hailing; if the market is growing - good springboard to join competitors with deeper pockets and no "your salary is already too high for you" approach
Cons
Poor salary levels; Untransparent and under the table appraisal process; Poor operations processess design; lot's of tribal culture of "us versus them"; commitments in the salary negotiations not met at offer stage; people leaving the company marked as traitors; gaslighting approach in terms of salary negotiations; Work/life balance non-existent
