Pros
This is subsidiary of leading wiring harness company ie.Yazaki Corporation but there is a very wide gap between two.
Cons
1.Very bad management 2.Incompetent people are at higher levels. 3.For new joinees no leaves will be provided till one calendar year. 4.Notice period for resignation is 3 months for graduate engineers and above and one cant pay salary in lieu of notice.(PILON). 5.Employees values are very less.
