After 3-4 years later more stable job. and if you can not be transferred other locations or EU positions, no need to stay more after a while it would be more toxic job. *Overtime possible *Working on Saturday &Sunday possible *Low salary possible *Promotion situation is really difficult it depends your boss/department/location etc. many factors included.
