      One can approach any1 depending on need, Good work environment, If a fresher proper training will be provided before handing over the work.

      Cons

      Promotion is not guranted, One can only expect promotion after every 3 year. At operation level it is 6 days working.

      The salary is higher then average.

      Cons

      There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
