Good Company but no room to Advance - Anonymous employee ZRT Employee Review

Just read through the recent 1 star reviews and I wanted to say HR is one of the nicest individuals. I personally have had no problems, and I haven't heard from others having issues. Many of us have worked here for 5+ years and are grateful to be here. Stellar benefits, inclusivity, and flexibility.

I do not have anything negative to say.

They have great medical benefits. The work itself is really chill if you have no problem working with samples and repetitive work.

There is no upward mobility. it is hard to get a straight answer on anything. Policies change on a whim and never communicated, this causes lots of confusion an inconsistency.
