      - Friendly colleagues, team socials and company outings - Great work/life balance - Beautiful office with free breakfast and yoga on Tuesdays - Everything you may need to do your job properly will be provided - Good benefits with Charlie HR and competitive pay

      - Open plan office can mean it's slightly distracting at times - Can end up doing things outside of your job role which can be a bit hectic, but that's the start-up life
