      Pros

      We are home based which is good for me as there are some late shifts involved and working these from home is a bonus not long been with the Business but have thoroughly enjoyed working with a great team. But we also have in places offices where we can go to if we want to work away from the house and see colleagues face to face.

      Cons

      Nightshifts Although some of them love working these shifts I do prefer more day time shifts.
