Pros

Regular 8-5 work schedule and decent hourly rate. Paid parking. Not entirely a remote position.

Cons

Layoffs were regularly happening in different positions from different departments and it was horrible to watch! People who have done nothing wrong but try to do their best in their jobs and work hard. But didn't guarantee them to get a permanent position. It's seriously no use giving your best here because there's no future for you!

Pros

Honestly, there weren't any I can think of

Cons

Management lies to their employees. What you're told during hiring doesn't match what actually happens. They are enthusiastic, especially about making big promises they don't intend to keep. The CEO comes off out of touch, and that attitude shows across the company. Pay is much lower than expected, even if you hit your numbers. You're pushed to sell things people don't' really need, which starts to feel unethical. Leadership decisions don't help and often make things worse. There's a lot of pressure, but not much to show for it. It turns into a pretty horrible experience where trust fades quickly. Another thing that gets frustrating is how the pay keeps shifting around. You can put in the effort, hit your targets, and still not see it reflected in your paycheck. It makes it hard to feel motivated when things don't add up. You start wondering why you're pushing so hard when the return isn't there. It just doesn't feel fair over time. And then there's the day to day environment. It wears you down more than you'd expect. People don't stick around long, and that says a lot. Wins barely get noticed, but mistakes get called out right away. You end up just trying to get through the day instead of actually growing or enjoying the work. Run as fast as you can, and tell all your friends too.
