Pros

The worker bees(people who do the work) at the agency and the actual office itself. The office is bright and airy.

Cons

This agency is run by the son and daughter of the late Zubizarreta who by all accounts was a wonderful person and great to her employees. But her two children who run the agency-lets just say the apple has fallen far from the tree. Their is always an air of intimidation in the agency not only from the owners but from HR as well. Their always seems to be confusion as to who does what in the agency and infighting is rampant. Without a doubt their are cliques that exist in this agency like the ones who the owners like, the gays, and the holier than though group to name a few. Salaries are poor, complaints are meant with secret meetings after hours among managers and then the complainer suddenly disappears. Poof. Fired. It is unlike anything I have seen at an agency before. Though I am still here I dream of the day when I can acquire another job where I do not feel badly everyday. And as another review of this agency wrote in Glassdoor if you are not Hispanic you will never fit in. The owners wont allow it. Intimidation and fear of the owners and the spies they have among the employees make this an agency to avoid.
