Pros
Flexible benefits, wfh arrangement, additional leaves (birthday, wellness, etc.), good coffee machine, decent facilities and accessible to public transport/malls.
Cons
It depends on the team. Most colleagues are pleasant to work with, except for those who are overly political. There are inner circles that can influence work performance evaluations and bonuses. The salary gap is quite significant, and the treatment of contract staff is also concerning. The workload can be overwhelming, with an unhealthy expectation for employees to continue working outside office hours and during personal time. The IT team is large, but some practices can still feel immature and inefficient. Despite its MNC status, the company is slowly developing a more traditional “chinaman company” culture.
