Pros
Some wonderful people, good opportunities if you go out and get them yourself, international so get to mix with lots of other cultures, established brand
Cons
Difficult to get anything done, no fixed purpose, very short term thinking, lots of wasted talent, energy and resources, wilful blindness. Not a great place for women to work. Strategy by platitude.
