Pay is good, hours are not - Commercieel Medewerker (Interventieteam) bpost Employee Review

Work hours are horrible and flexibility only goes one way. Vacation is non existing for this company. They expect you to "jump" from 8am to 19pm, 6 days a week. Because they are incapable of making a schedule thats 4 days ahead. Vacation is always refused, because Retail is systematicly understaffed
