-finish early during summertime/not busy periods

Cons

-low pay during busy season as extra hours are not compensated -pressure of delivering parcels first and then post, if you do everything by the book you don't finish at the expected time -management not in touch with practice on the floor

The pay is not bad, especially for people just out of school

Cons

Work hours are horrible and flexibility only goes one way. Vacation is non existing for this company. They expect you to "jump" from 8am to 19pm, 6 days a week. Because they are incapable of making a schedule thats 4 days ahead. Vacation is always refused, because Retail is systematicly understaffed
