      German company playing pretend in America - Anonymous employee censhare Employee Review

      Pros

      This is the place for you if you enjoy: -No official on boarding and no documentation to share with prospects -knowing who is getting laid off two weeks before they do -speaking negatively about most employees because why not? -hearing about most US employees salaries (see above bullet) -laying off employees to their face and then they figure out they were fired when attempting to collect unemployment. -constant policy changes: maternity leave police went from 16 paid weeks to 6. Per diem changes with each new GM that comes in. WFH policy is also always in flux.

      Cons

      With all the positives above what could possibly be a con?

      Some global growing pains between the corporate team in Germany and other centers.

      Pros

      As a new employee, I have been quickly impressed by the team I work with every day. Everyone is so smart, friendly, and helpful. On my first day, I instantly felt welcomed and valued. The team has a real passion for censhare and truly believes it is a best-in-class solution for our customers. The CEO is transparent and bullish about the future of the company. He is also very focused on continuing to improve the culture and the product. Both, in my opinion are already wonderful. I feel very supported as I continue to onboard and am excited about my future here.

      Cons

      This is a senior team and you need to jump in quick and be a fast learner. That works very well with my style but might not be a fit for some.
