      Pros

      Thanks to high quality of the products, end users are happy and trustful. The company is more like a big family. .. very good environnement for working. New idea could be brought onto the table. We could have different opportunities to discuss with Herbert. He is very interested in discussing directly with the customers also.

      Cons

      The vision of the company is maybe not enough explained to employees. Hierarchical structure is important, be careful to respect it.

      Amazing company to work at. Great team, great projects, great mentors, amazing colleagues and travel opportunities. Good health benefits

      Not so good 401K matching, less than market level salaries. Sometimes stubborn management when it comes to promotion.
