      Cool products, automotive industry is interesting, architecture and documentation is really good

      Cons

      Working in croatian teams sucks, pay is terrible, good only for about 2 years, and should move on.

      Amazing company to work at. Great team, great projects, great mentors, amazing colleagues and travel opportunities. Good health benefits

      Not so good 401K matching, less than market level salaries. Sometimes stubborn management when it comes to promotion.
