Pros
deVere is a proper meritocracy. They share with you all the things you need to know in order to have an incredibly successful career. Training is daily, sometimes multiple times per day. It is expected that you will obtain meaningful qualifications. There is unlimited earnings potential once qualified and you'll be living in a great city. In Milan there is a structured development programme which will see you move from assisting a consultant to a remote-servicing consultant with a bank of clients to face-to-face consultant over around three years. The current expectation is to develop all consultants internally.
Cons
Be under no illusion that this is a get rich quick programme. It is not. Success is dependent on hard work and lots of it, persistence and time. This is not a nine-to-five job, but a professional career. There is a salary for assistants (with a share of business earnings), but ultimately your income is up to you; your hard work; your skill and your willingness to apply what you've learned. You might choose to work outside of your home country, so you'll be working with great people, but you'll be away from your family and social circle. This isn't for everyone.
