      You get to work with amazing people and you have great opportunities to advance both in store and corporate. They offer great training and have a great support structure.

      Can be stressful due to high expectations and the fast pace of the job.

      Pros

      Good company culture. In recent years there seems to be a concern for the rank-and-file for their employees. Many remote postions.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours during certian times of the year.

      Pros

      Gracious DTO policy. Pay is on par Most of the sales team and really any other teams are where to go. Cloud, engineering, and ComOps are very close teams that I love to work with.

      Cons

      IT management does not listen to complaints or concerns. Will work you till you cant anymore, then will try some more. HR does not seem to actually want to help.
