      Terrible leadership New structure completely changed how much you’re paid (significant decrease) Inaccurate projections of commission Mandatory overtime oct-dec to include weekends Sleazy sales position, they don’t care if someone is already on the best plan for them ,they want you to sell anyway

      Pros

      Gracious DTO policy. Pay is on par Most of the sales team and really any other teams are where to go. Cloud, engineering, and ComOps are very close teams that I love to work with.

      Cons

      IT management does not listen to complaints or concerns. Will work you till you cant anymore, then will try some more. HR does not seem to actually want to help.
