      Pros

      Growing company, flexible work options and one of the best office's in the greater Philadelphia area. I'm not sure if everyone realizes how great this place is and some only find out the hard way by leaving and then attempting to come back a short time later.

      Cons

      Commute. Unless you live within a 10 mile radius your commute will be rough. The option to work from home makes this more tolerable

      Excellent work-life balance, supportive management, genuinely kind people (really enjoyed my time with my co-workers!)

      Cons

      Outdated legacy codebase. Many tasks required downskilling. Questionable architectural decisions made by higher-ups. Slow upper-management.
