We are committed to creating an inclusive, collaborative, and fun environment for all our employees, including those with disabilities. We’re disappointed to hear about your negative experiences and are committed to ensuring they do not happen in the future. We have taken your feedback directly to our human resources department and they are addressing the places we’ve missed in providing a supportive work environment. We pride ourselves on being a diverse and inclusive work environment, so it is concerning that you feel employees, especially those who may suffer from mental illness, have been singled out. We have policies strictly prohibiting this type of behavior, as well as reporting hotlines and multiple other ways that our employees may report any incidences should they ever occur. Reports may be made anonymously and without fear of retaliation.
