Pros
When I first started working for eMoney the company was just recently acquired by Fidelity and everything was great. Awesome culture at work, great benefits, happy hours every month, team events every quarter, catered lunch every Friday but that slowly changed day by day when Fidelity started to squeeze the life and culture out of the company
Cons
Culture isn't what it used to be. Not paid what you're worth anymore. Limited yearly raises Over worked. Management doesn't care to learn the software New online training courses don't work
