Pros
Flexible, fun teams. In my time here in talking to different team members everyone has been given opportunities to grow and expand their skills and move around and up in the company. eMoney responds quickly to things by making swift changes and adding to our various benefits to accommodate our ever changing environment (additional time of for COVID related hardships as an example).
Cons
It's not the easiest to get a clear answer sometimes, I don't think everyone feels empowered to make a choice/decision and it often feels like you're chasing down 5 people and trying to find someone who owns a decision.
