Pros
Strong sense of culture and employees are well taken care of feel valued. Wi strong benefits and what not, as well as the fun stuff.
Cons
Gossip. From the CEO on down. Very cliquey and if you're not a developer or a lacrosse player you're looked down on. No HR dept so there is sexism and inappropriate jokes/discussions.
