      Upper management speaking as if work is collaborative when it is not. Wanting or requiring skills and education in particular field when they do what they want anyway.

      Excellent work-life balance, supportive management, genuinely kind people (really enjoyed my time with my co-workers!)

      Cons

      Outdated legacy codebase. Many tasks required downskilling. Questionable architectural decisions made by higher-ups. Slow upper-management.
