Pros
- Company benefits were great although the salary was below the market rate, at least in Luxembourg. - A lot of technical knowledge in Senior people. - Work environment was great until a certain phase, before the big expansion that eventually bankrupted and closed the company.
Cons
- Management destroyed the company culture by keeping toxic and incompetent people. - Executive Leadership didn't have the capacity to pivot from disastrous projects and went all-in on one single client, blowing up 10 years of company-wide hard work in just a couple of years.
