Mainly on the Oracle technologies. Specifically on SOA
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at eProseed (Porto, Oporto) in Feb 2019
Interview
First interview was on the phone with a HR Assistant from Luxembourg. Baseline questions, so it was kinda easy to go through to interview number 2.
The second interview was on their HQ in Gaia with the HR Leader. The interview lasted for almost one hour and it went really well. I liked their approach to my carreer objetives, the consolidation between work and personal life, etc.
The third (and last) interview was the one to ruin it all. It was with the company CTO and, oh my, was it awful.
First, he arrived 20 minutes late. I was on my lunch break (was working at another company at the time) and they knew it, so little consideration for myself there. Then when he arrived, he didn't even had a room to do the interview. Clearly he had forgotten about it. As for the interview... it was bad. I felt he valued way more my college experience than my work experience. Every question was related to what I had learned in college. Not one of the questions was based on my work experience and other experiences outside college. I'm not a computer engineer (and he knew it) but he still interviewed me as if I was one. Asked me several questions about a degree I didn't have and a course I didn't attend. It made no sense to me.
So yeah, first 2 interviews were really great, I felt like they read my CV beforehand and that they had communicated between them about me and what I had talked with each one.
Third interview was awful and he told me at the end that he would contact me within a week. Of course he didn't.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at eProseed (Luxembourg) in Apr 2019
Interview
