Pros
Coworkers were interesting and very likeable, there is a good atmosphere amongst the low-mid level employees. Open work floor environment also led to easy interactions with other employees.
Cons
Compensation is low, a few members from each group are required to show up to the office everyday, which includes holidays and other days in which the entire rest of the city is closed (such as snow days).
