Pros

Remote job for internal employees in US. Great clients - join ESF so that you can get converted to full time with client.

Cons

- Standard rules and regulations are not followed. - Too much terminations and replacements. Too much internal politics. - Bringing in people for finance who has no knowledge about US TAXATION. - Too much work overload, stress Bad ethics. - Cornering sincere employees for any mistakes done by upper management. - Not at all notifying contractors about project expiration, not having talks for extension, they are being terminated out of blue. - Having too many people for each account but not a single person taking responsibility. - Too much portals which confuses a lot of employees, no manuals provided on how to navigate, no dedicated person to handle benefits , 401k, HSA.
