Great team and vibes but pay is low - Patient Support Specialist easykind Employee Review

The new executive team is the most unprofessional, incompetent and morally piss-poor leadership group I have ever experienced. The new CEO is weak and being led by a rude, ruthless and socially inept CCO who didn’t even want to be at the company a few months ago after she was held accountable for the first of many more colossal failures since. With supposed years of experience in crisis communication, she failed to produce any honest, productive or polite communication internally or externally during an extensive crisis she orchestrated. She has already destroyed any credibility or positive reputation personally and professionally within the industry - unfortunately easykind’s reputation comes with it. It turns out working PR for the Prime Minister does not translate into being able to do literally anything else at all although may come in handy when she has to protect her own reputation after her fragile ego leads to the inevitable demise of this company. This used to be the best company in the world until her and the other geriatric, greedy dinosaurs got involved. Both professionally and personally, they are of the lowest kind, quality and order. Supreme. If you’re looking for a job, run. If you’re looking for some comedy, come. These clowns can throw a hell of a circus.

Despite all the changes, everyone who has stayed really cares about our patients and our mission. Everything feels more stable now that the founder has gone. He was chaotic and would be nice one minute, screaming the next. I'm relieved we have a new CEO even if I don't know him very well. He seems pretty boring which is good after what we had to put up with from the last one. I think the changes he is making will mean more career opportunities for those willing to put their hand up. I'm also excited to get back to working with people who want to be here and aren't being negative for the sake of it. This is a great industry and the people I work with are the best.

The pay is pretty low and there is still a little bit of negativity from certain areas
