After a lot of effort as employees we manage to reach at a descend salary, Ticket Restaurant Card, Private Health insurance. Pay on time, vacation days
Cons
-The managements does not listen what are the needs of employees. -They keep changing processes and make them more complicated. -Micromanagement. They give opportunities to people who are friends, family and do not look about their abilities -No work-personal life balance -No career opportunities to those who are working remotely -When you ask something they give you standard-robotic answers -Always understaffed One prefer because they give a bit more than others in the market but that's all.
