Pros

Every day is different. There is really no day like the next.. so always on your toes. The customers have no idea that just "calling to ask questions" may very well lead to someone losing their job if they do not order. It is luck if you get someone who wants to buy off an ad with no price on it.

Cons

High turnover. Management looks for #'s only. They do not take into account you as a person. There are no raises.. $9.00 an hour and if you want more money they tell you to perform better. Really odd mix of leads.. one week they will all want to buy the product.. then the next week everyone calling just has questions. The customers mostly live on social security or lower incomes and they only buy when they get paid which is usually the 3rd of each month or the 19th of each month. So the rest of the month is a blurr or coaxing to encourage people to use their credit cards.
