company are really great. great flight benefits, good community events. good facilities. all co workers were really ahr working and delightful and made great contributions.
Cons
management of the navigation department and flight ops technical are unfair, rude bias based on race and gender. massive inequality with them. micro management and dictatorship. full of false promises and favouritism. massive staff turnover due to this.
