There can be a lot of distractions that prevent someone from getting dialed in and relentless. *It is not a business where you can come in with or without previous recruiting experience and see instant gratification or success. It takes time, full commitment, being 100% bought into the process, being resilient and persistent. * Not everyone wants to be a hunter, some people like to farm. This business requires both seeking new business as well as maintaining current clients. *You have to deliver results to get paid really well. Not everyone wants to have to deliver results consistently in order to get paid. *Not everyone has accountability, therefore they don't like to be coached and don't want to get better. This is a role where you have to get better everyday by listening, retaining and applying what works. *Not everyone likes production based businesses, this is a production based business.
