Pros

*work from home/anywhere *make more money than you can in other jobs *"some" flexibility *work on a "draw" which is helpful, otherwise there are weeks you wouldn't get paid due to timing of money coming in. *really good place to work (but you must WORK!) *if you really work, you are treated just fine -- if you don't work, your coach will be monitoring your activity. This is no different than any other job in that respect.

Cons

*there is high turnover but it seems many (not all!) who start the job don't really want to work. They want a job but they really want to be taking care of their kids, shopping, running errands, etc. If you had a job in an office at a front desk you would need to be there for 8 hours. Many who start at gpac think they don't need to work 8 hours because it's "flexible" - you still need to work, but some don't really WANT to work. *to do well at gpac you need to work more than 8 hours/day (most days, not all) - BUT the results are amazing. *the lows can be discouraging and causes some employees to give up - stick it out and it will get better! *price of tools is a little high.

Pros

All training and equipment provided Full internal support from all departments Uncapped earning potential Remote work Encouraging culture (not stuffy, cooperate feel) fun, high energy, supportive

Cons

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
