      Book-smart not required, very flexible work schedule (leave at 3pm Fridays), family-feel, loyalty to company and management are rewarded, very stable financially (or so it appears), friendly co-workers

      Cons

      Air of distrust between certain managers, gossip and alliances cultivate and are rewarded, sharing of information, No structure, old boys' network, drunken managers, loyalty over skill

      The leadership withing the company was always professional, kind, and down to earth. The overall culture was excellent.

      Cons

      At the mercy of global energy markets. When times were tough they cut hours/benefits to stay solvent. (understandable)
