      Pros

      Smart colleagues and culture of helping each other which is great. Company has winter and summer events where all employees meet-up.

      Cons

      Product roadmap which is based on market with most clients but ignores requests from growing markets, therefore holds them back from growing and holding back company altogether. Pricing - Expensive and completely out of touch with competitors in the market and not flexible. Leadership team out of depth in particular the CEO and CMO who wouldn't be given such titles in any other company. Made people redundant during COVID-19 despite CEO keep telling staff the financials are in healthy condition in every weekly call.

      - Exciting and promising industry with Generative AI transforming ecommerce. - Start-up culture in the US within a larger, 15-year-old company. - Strong work/life balance; company truly cares about employee well-being. - International environment with a diverse team. - Flexibility in the US with remote work options.

      Cons

      - Salaries are on the lower end compared to similar positions at other companies. - Low brand recognition in the US (though well-known in Europe, especially France).

      Pros

      Ability to work at your own schedule.

      Cons

      Almost everything. The organization is going through restructuring and the sales team and top leadership has been let go. Never a good sigh as a business. The CS team is constantly looking for ways to limit involvement with the client and force them to do self care. This is due to low head count on the CS side.
