      Cons

      The current ownership of iBasis is so bad. Most importantly, they are very ruthless. They don't appreciate about your experience. All they care about you is how much low you cost to them as an employee.

      Pros

      Work/life balance. Flexible hours as needed. Positive feel at the workplace and they run workplace events that are lighthearted and fun. Good benefits

      Cons

      Pay is low for the industry and I received only two raises over my 10 years there with no bonuses. they don’t promote from within.
