Pros

Generally care for your well being. Tight knit environment. Nice efforts trying to bring fun and creativity but won't monetarily reward. Voted best place to work numerous times.

Cons

If you don't like optional bible studies during lunchtime once/month, this is not right for you. As long as you are Christian, heterosexual, and preferably Caucasian you'll be fine here. Close-minded thinkers veiled in Christian values. Even though it's been voted best place to work, so has Chick-Fila but I wouldn't work there.

Pros

Fast growing company with a strong reputation. Hired a bunch of new people lately that have outside experience which helps us with new ideas and contacts. Plus we just won a prestigious industry award.

Cons

It’s taking a minute to get all of the right pieces put together of the go-to-market strategy.

Pros

Has a fun in office experience and genuinely do care about their nonprofit/ volunteering opportunities.

Cons

LOTS of turnover for a reason. In my time there 10+ people quit or were let go, which in an extremely small company is quite a lot of turnover. After that it looks like I receive a “looking for work” notification almost monthly of more people leaving. Major nepotism going on, if you aren’t hired on as a close friend you probably won’t last long or be invested in by leadership. No room for coaching or growth. KPIs are publicly established for every single role except the recruiting managers who seem to do nothing to help their team beyond a pep talk.
