Diversity Issues

Pros

The company does care about your well being. Technology forward, small company, Fun work events and cool work meetings like coffee with the CEO, spoil you with gifts, and everyone meets at the office everyday.

Cons

Long interview process, 90 day training program, and very interesting recruiting processes. Performance doesn’t matter even close to as much as fitting in. If you aren’t Christian, you will 100% feel uncomfortable. There are weekly bible meetings for consultants, lots of praying during meetings, God is mentioned daily within work gatherings and conversations, everyone on the team there is very religious. This is not a diverse or very inclusive workplace and that was a huge con to me.

Nice crew of bible bangers

Pros

Generally care for your well being. Tight knit environment. Nice efforts trying to bring fun and creativity but won't monetarily reward. Voted best place to work numerous times.

Cons

If you don't like optional bible studies during lunchtime once/month, this is not right for you. As long as you are Christian, heterosexual, and preferably Caucasian you'll be fine here. Close-minded thinkers veiled in Christian values. Even though it's been voted best place to work, so has Chick-Fila but I wouldn't work there.

Pros

There are some genuinely good people here, none in leadership, but good people that see the toxicity within and are biding their time until the right opportunity arises.

Cons

Gossip, empty career development promises, back stabbing, no leading by example, character assassinations galore and fake Glassdoor reviews put in by their internal recruitment team.
