Pros
The job is exactly as described in the interview process. Nothing outside of job description. Management and team are extremely supportive and helpful. They give you all of the tools you need to be successful at the job and there is potential to earn a lot of money. You are also constantly recognized for your achievements which I love. The CEO is a down to earth person and will always make time to meet with you if you request it.

I have only been here for a few months but so far no cons that you would typically see in the industry.
