      You can work from home, no one asks you to come to the office.

      Cons

      2 faced employees and backstabbing culture. They oversell the job at the interview stages. The company struggles to grow. Big egos amongst the SLT

      Pros

      Wonderful people, fascinating work. Everyone I knew there was smart and motivated, and the thinking was consistently out of the box.

      Cons

      None I can think of. The workspace was a bit small so people worked in close quarters, but generally that was a plus, fostering cooperation.
