At iStreamplanet the culture is king. We have one of the best I've ever encountered. Engineers are encouraged to pursue passions, develop their skills, and take time off when needed. The leadership team is always open and honest about your own standing in addition to sharing company direction and goals.
Cons
None that come to mind. If you work here and you have a con, you're not airing your concerns to management, if you did, they would be addressed swiftly.
