Pros

- The work is very interesting - Hybrid work-from-home policy

Cons

- There is no dedicated team for external customer maintenance which caused understaffed teams to frequently commit to after hours work at anytime in the evening on weekdays and weekends. - Very poor training and a huge lack of collaboration which makes it difficult to succeed in the environment. - Management is impulsive and when overwhelmed takes out their stress on employees - Mistakes are not tolerated and adding to the impulsive management comment they also lack perspective - Poor benefits

Pros

The technology stack at IT Methods is fascinating and offers plenty of learning opportunities. Compensation is fair, and there’s potential for growth—at least on paper. If you’re seeking hands-on tech exposure and can handle the pressure, it might be worth a shot—but be prepared for a culture that prioritizes control over trust.

Cons

- Leadership’s distrust and paranoia about employees actually doing work creates a tense atmosphere. - Every minute must be accounted for, and the expectation of 50/60-hour weeks leads to quick burnout. - Management frequently proposes big ideas but rarely sees them through before coming up with the next big thing. - Turnover is high as people soon realize the reality doesn’t match the “dream job” presented during interviews. - Very long hiring process because management can't seem to make decisions.
