I did the third stage with the CFO and he said they will reach out but they ghosted.

It was just one stage; basic IT support questions. Questions on support, care, monitoring, observability, etc. Did not make it to the second stage; not sure there was one. I guess there was since I did not get the offer

Total 6 rounds (1 hour each round) and lastly a complete strategy creation for ITMethods. Unfortunately based on my conversation, the company is no longer growing. They just kept their lights on. People who interviewed me don't have digital marketing experience, which makes you give tiny details as well. They will ask you to give a complete in-depth strategy to increase their user acquisition but you will not get tools or data. You just need to use your own tools and give them a complete strategy. Unfortunately, the hiring manager doesn't know what is a high-level strategy as they are expecting a very deep-down strategy which will take more than 3 days to create a proper strategy for all the platforms. Yes, you need to create a strategy for the platform including offline events as well.

Why do we need to fix on-page technical issues, we need traffic not fixing the website issues and the strategy you put together does not show anything on how to generate traffic.
