Pros

Idio has an amazing team of talented people that are working very hard to build one of the most sophisticated content personalization tools in the world. They've hired great people and empowered those people to make an impact at all levels of the business. The office in New York is small, but the balance of friendly/fun/professional is excellent. The founders care deeply about the success of the business and the personal successes of the team. This is reflected in the quality of the product, the attitudes of employees and the success of the clients. Speaking of clients, Idio's 'logos' as people like to say in the startup world are second to none in the personalization category. - Good work/life balance - Competitive comp - Excellent benefits - Great culture - Great product

Cons

The company is still early stage which comes with the same challenges of any early stage startup. You have to work hard, you have to figure things out on your own, and you have to remember to stay focused and keep yourself on track. For some people this can be a real challenge, others love it.

Pros

Working with a talented team of people on complex and exciting challenges of B2B marketing. Competing with large established mar tech vendors while winning big enterprise logos makes you proud of what you do on a day to day basis. Most importantly, you're working with a diverse set of people with different backgrounds and experiences - helps you grow professionally and on a personal level. Waking up in the morning and truthfully enjoying coming to work - that's a priceless feeling. Freedom to take on challenges and bring your own ideas to the table. Depending on role potential of international travel from New York to London office and vice-versa.

Cons

As with most start-ups of this size you have growing pains. Trying to rapidly scale an organization is never easy, but the effort is worth it as the company and team recognizes the challenges and rewards effort and good performance.
