Pros
- Great work-life balance; allow working from home even prior to the pandemic - Management is supportive, approachable and friendly - Stable work environment: some folks have been with the company for decades; a few them have even started their career since internship; retirement party every now and then
Cons
- very ancient tech stack; resistant to change from all levels across the board - over paranoid with anything cloud-based - monolithic codebase - inability to move fast and adapt; lengthy and manual code deployment process - too slow: security team has too much say in almost all IT projects; that team essentially becomes the blocker for many good ideas. - didn't add much value to my resume during my time there...which was sad. - don't join if you are young and ambitious
