The way that I was treated by Ivari was very disappointing. The interview was not planned far out in advance, little to no time to prepare; the recruiter came dressed like a hobo. For a company that promotes values like leadership, integrity, and respect, this was disappointing. Respecting a candidate’s time is not a courtesy—it is a basic professional standard. When a company cannot provide even a simple update, it reflects poorly on its internal culture, communication practices, and the value it places on people. The interview felt like an interrogation, and this is for a contract entry-level role. I would not want to work here anyway, as they did not value or treat me properly as a candidate. They should rethink their hiring processes.
Applied on line and received an email about a week later to schedule a phone interview. A week after the 30 minute phone interview I received invite for an in person interview with both hiring managers, standard introduction and questions. There was also a reading/writing comprehension test

In return:
Silence.
No closure, no update, no acknowledgment.
Not even a 10-second email.
For a company that promotes values like leadership, integrity, and respect, this was disappointing.
Respecting a candidate’s time is not a courtesy — it’s a baseline standard.
When a company cannot provide even a simple conclusion to a hiring process, it sends a clear message about internal culture, communication, and how people are valued.
If an organization expects professionalism, it should be prepared to demonstrate it.
This isn’t about a role — I move forward confidently.
This is about how people are treated.
And that always matters.
